    9:00am-10:15am Every Sunday Morning Kaia Yoga GREENWICH 328 Pemberwick Road 75-minute Basics class designed for beginners (or more experienced yogis who would like to take the time to break down the poses and focus on alignment). The focus is on understanding individual poses and flowing slowly with breathe.
